So close to Hampton Court Palace where we were going

Close proximity to Hampton Court and parking.

It was a basement flat, which I didn’t know in advance, and therefore darker than I expected but it was fine for our needs.

Ideal location for a visit to Hampton Court.

Used as a base for weekend in London including FA cup semifinal.. Great location for easy train to Waterloo Station for a day of sightseeing. 5 min walk to Hampton Court Palace and 45 min drive to Wembley Stadium. Very clean, well maintained property with parking space. Extremely good communication from owners.

Sofa bed small - was just about OK for my 10 and 12 year old to share but not suitable for 2 adults.

Stunning garden area looking over the Thames. A sort walk from excellent bars, restaurants and shopping, plus the beautiful Hampton court palace. The flat was very comfortable and well equipped. Will definitely return at some point.

Nothing really.

Flat is well designed for all needs, even with working desk, kitchenette, sofa bed and dining table, bathroom and bedroom have ample space with all facilities such as ironing, hair dryer, spare bedding etc. The hosts are very quick, helpful and responsive. It is literally 2 mins walking distance to Hampton Court, buses connecting to Kew gardens and Kingston and next to the Mitre Hotel and great pub called the Mute Swan by the river. If you wanted to discover the west of London with so much Henry VIII and Elizabettan history, parks, tow paths for lovely walks by the river Thames and Hampton itself has great local artisan high street with lovely eateries and charcuterie and Indian, Thai, and Chinese cuisine plus few more pubs like the Albion.

Not much actually. I will be returning to wok out of the flat and see my family.
