Duncan and his wife were warm and very hospitable hosts. They answered all my questions, helped me to book a tour (swimming with sea lions), helped me with taxis. Recommended shops / restaurants, given me a good map where to go and what to visit.
Very good English in a strong Spainish speaking country.
Located in safe Miraflores, about 15 minutes on foot from the ocean.
Airport Exprress Lima (an hourly airport shuttle) - bus stop 4 Hotel Boulevard located about 8 minutes on foot from accommodation.
A big supermarket Metro located about 20 minutes on foot (opposite to JFK park), a hard discount shop named Mass (the cheapest beverages and water) on Berlin Calle about 12 -15 minutes on foot from accommodation.

This place sets the standard! A real B&B, not just a room in a house. Homely yet professionally run, spotless yet full of character, central yet quiet at night. Simply fantastic!

Todo, amé la ubicación (a 5min caminando del malecón y muchos restaurantes cerca. El staff súper lindo, atento, cariñosos y amistosos. La habitación y el edificio súper limpio, bonito, ordenado. Súper recomendado. ❤️

The location was great and everything you needed was walkable. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice. It has a very homely feel to it and is super clean.

Senti falta apenas de um contato com a recepção do hotel. Fiquei um dia sem toalha e não tinha ninguém para chamar, apesar de tudo isso foi muito bom.

The breakfast was incredible: very fresh and served from a wonderfully warm lady. Duncan was a really friendly host that was happy to help and give tips for things to do not only in Lima but also for our next destination. The bed was very comfortable and the shower powerful with a good supply of hot water
We really enjoyed our stay. We did have some problems with the wifi reaching the room but not a big deal. Overall a great stay!

I stayed in the single, my parents stayed in a double. Duncan was a fantastic host and wide Saudi made a delicious omelet breakfast every morning. Immaculately clean rooms, spacious, nice fan to keep cool. 15 minutes walk to most miraflores sights. Comfy beds and linen, my room was nice and dark in the morning so i could sleep in. Best losing during my time in Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu.
Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, soap provided.

We loved our stay here - Douglas was a wonderful host, the location was excellent in a lovely location and the property was just lovely. Highly recommend and would stay again.
WiFi was a bit patchy in the room - but that wasn't a dealbreaker for us and we just needed to move a little closer to the door to get a good connection.

The breakfast was great—eggs, fresh bread with butter and jam, fruit, juice, and coffee. You could request the eggs the way you liked too.
The location was excellent and we felt very safe there. It was easy to walk to lots of good restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, etc.
Duncan exceeded our expectations by walking us out to the taxi when we left at the crack of dawn, taking time to talk to us about Peruvian culture, and waking us up when we mixed up the time for a tour pickup! We would definitely stay here again.
Honestly, I can’t think of anything I would change. We found it comfortable and spotless.
