The perfect accommodations for my retired friends and me to enjoy the beach and pools and bike paths at Fripp. The screen porch was the perfect morning and evening gathering spot. Our host, Ingrid, was prompt in all the communications and even delivered a couple of extra coffee mugs for us. I highly recommend!

Love it! Such a great space and nice view!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We found the stairway to be challenging bringing in our food, language & coolers. We loved the Island, beach & marsh view from the back deck. Thank you!

Weekend at Fripp with my husband. We’ve been coming to Fripp for over 20 years and love this beautiful, family friendly island and all the amenities - especially the golf! We have rented at Beach Club Villas and Tennis Villas many times. Here are out thoughts on this property. Birdie’s place is in a great location, right in the middle of the island and offers amenity cards - that’s most important to us. It was clean and had all of the basic necessities. The daily price was very reasonable since we were visiting during the “shoulder” season. However, the unit is a little tired and could use some TLC - one of the couches had a broken frame and couldn’t be used, kitchenware was sparsely stocked - only 3 coffee mugs in the whole kitchen, missing silverware, limited drinking glasses, etc. Considering the reasonable price it was fair value. We had a GREAT vacation and the weather was perfect so most of our time was spent outside on the beach, golf course or riding the cart around the island. Next time we will pay a little bit more and stay in a recently updated unit.
