We came from Wisconsin and I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that had so little to offer. No welcome, no information about the appliances nor the need to keep the balcony door closed(in order to balance the AC vs humidity), no refills of tp and paper towels. We did realize once we arrived, that most everyone in the building drove there, so they were able to bring everything they needed.We needed to purchase everything possible for the week. The damp sandy floors and left items under the furniture was a bit much.
BUT the location is phenomenal and the balcony view was breathtaking. The services offered were good, but again, we had no beach supplies like everyone else, so we needed to deal with a very expensive rental or have short spurts on the beach.

The vacation was good. There are a few small items that need to be fixed to make the experience top notch. The shower in the master bath doesn't drain so the water pools above your foot. We asked 3 times for this to be fixed and it wasn't.The a/c in the upper room does not work. There are many door handles etc that are loose. There is a blender that is broken. Just throw it out. The dishes etc were adequate but not great or even good. The TV is pretty much stream only. The internet was in and out.

The view and the location is great!! Elevators are fast, parking is easy and access to the beach is awesome. The condo was clean upon entry. The shower upstairs doesn’t have a lot of water pressure. The ice maker only dropped a few ice cubes our entire stay, we had to buy ice. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work very well. After 3 washes the pod still had not dissolved so we hand washed the dishes. I would stay again despite the issues with the appliances.

Unit was ok . Needs some detail work. Master bath shower backed up. Dish washer didn't work very well. Garbage truck woke me every morning. For the money still reasonable.
