Dieses Ferienhaus (Rauchen nicht erlaubt) ist nicht weit von Möglichkeiten zum Kajakfahren und von Möglichkeiten zum Motorbootfahren entfernt. Die Unterkunft bietet praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, sodass du dein Auto auch mal stehen lassen und zu dieser 5 Minuten entfernten Sehenswürdigkeit laufen kannst: Sawyer Lake. Oder aber du setzt dich ans Steuer und fährst die 21 Minuten hierher: Lake Winnipesaukee.

Spann nach deiner Rückkehr im Garten aus oder trink etwas an der Feuerstelle. Wenn du genug Zeit an der frischen Luft verbracht hast, gibt es auch drinnen dank WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und Fernseher tolle Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib.

In diesem Feriendomizil gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Darüber hinaus erwarten dich ein Grill, Klimaanlage und ein Schreibtisch. Zur Ausstattung des Badezimmers gehören ein Haartrockner und Handtücher. In der Küche gibt es einen Ofen, eine Herdplatte und einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Kaffeemaschine, Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck und eine Kücheninsel. Und da es vor Ort eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner gibt, brauchst du nicht so viele Klamotten mitzunehmen und kannst so mit leichterem Gepäck reisen.

We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the location. The house is directly on a beautiful, clear lake, was clean, had plenty of beds, and was well stocked with towels and linens.However, it felt like the owners or managers haven’t actually stayed there. The four-season room has great potential but feels unfinished, with uncomfortable furniture that isn’t ideal for family gathering. The AC setup was disappointing. The downstairs unit doesn’t cool the bedrooms or bathroom, and we had to clean the filters and figure out how to install the upstairs portable units ourselves. The basement was damp and musty, with only a small loveseat despite the large TV. There were very few games or books and nowhere convenient to hang wet towels or swimsuits.Communication was the biggest issue. We drove seven hours and didn’t receive the door code until exactly 4 p.m., making arrival stressful since we were driving through areas with poor cell service and friends couldn’t access the house. Responses throughout our stay were slow. We also had trouble finding house instructions and didn’t receive checkout information until 8 a.m. on the day we had to leave by 10. Sending that information the night before would have made checkout much smoother.This is a lovely property with a fantastic location, but better communication and a few practical improvements would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The home was everything we could have hoped for during a week at the lake. Spacious, upgraded, and well maintained my kids had an incredible time. The hosts gave us a very helpful list of activity recommendations about the local area as well as all the beaches around the lake we could kayak to and they even sent a small gift in the middle of our stay. Perfect family get away I cannot recommend this property and host highly enough!

We had a wonderful time, owners were super helpful and always available to answer questions and provide great guidance on things to do in the area. The beds were very comfy and the house is configured perfectly to encourage family to gather and enjoy each others company
