Przemiła Pani na recepcji. Duży pokój i łazienka. Wszędzie czysto. Cały obiekt urządzony spójnie w jednym stylu ze smakiem. Fajna sauna i jaccuzzi w cenie. Smaczne śniadania i sok z mango. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko nad morze (zatokę), do sklepu, do restauracji i cukierni. Udało nam się zaparkować za darmo za rogiem.

Jeden mały minusik za to, że trzeba było zgłaszać czego brakuje na śniadaniu i wtedy dopiero po 10-15 minutach było donoszone, chyba lepiej jakby wszystko było po prostu dostępne. Zwłaszcza, że nie przychodziliśmy na ostatnią chwilę, a sprawa dotyczyła takich codziennych rzeczy jak jajecznica, kiełbaski, pomidory czy masło. Czasami mieliśmy wrażenie, że więcej rzeczy jest donoszone na 5 min przed zakończeniem śniadania, jak już nikt nie przychodził, a każdy był najedzony. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, ale jakby trochę "policzone" i brakowało nam jakiegoś kawałeczka ciasta lub owoców.

To już nasz trzeci pobyt w ciągu ostatniego miesiąca i na pewno nie ostatni bo można powiedzieć, że to nasze stałe miejsce na weekendowy odpoczynek. Apartamenty bardzo nam odpowiadają, a możliwość wynajęcia strefy saun i SPA na wyłączność jest ogromnym plusem i pozwala naprawdę się zrelaksować. Szczególnie dziękujemy przemiłej Pani o blond włosach, u której zawsze się meldujemy ,za ciepłe powitanie, uprzejmość i rodzinną, swobodną atmosferę. Personel jest znakomity, a całe miejsce ma w sobie coś, co sprawia, że chce się tu wracać. To nasze ulubione miejsce na mapie Kaszub. Do zobaczenia wkrótce!

Ogólnie najważniejsze elementy pokoju były czyste pościel, łazienka i prysznic bez zarzutu. Jedynie podłoga mogłaby być dokładniej odkurzona i umyta, ponieważ było na niej trochę kurzu. To drobny szczegół, ale warto zwrócić na niego uwagę.

The Apartment is nicely located and is big enough for a few days. Everything was clean and communication with the Host was fast. Heating worked fine in the living room and bedroom. WiFi was fast.

1. I chose paying by credit card and in PLN (the polish currency) and was upfront, without any info, charged around 30% of the price in Euros. Afterwards I got a message asking me to bank transfer the rest of the money. I declined that since booking suggests never to pay anything via the chat. Also via bank transfer if any problem occurs the money is gone. I asked for a charge via my credit card and asked multiple times to charge me in PLN and not Euros. I was again charged with Euros. I complained and was told that they chose Euros in their Terminal. This is actually illegal by EU-Law and against polish customer law. The conversion rate in these terminals is always worse than having your bank do the conversion. The Person on the other end, from the accommodation, did not understand this and kept saying it is normal and that I was charged in PLN because that‘s what she typed into her Termin. What she does not understand is if the charge only arrives in my bank account in Euros then in fact she did not charge me in PLN but made an exchange in her Terminal that I have to pay for. Very disappointing. Especially in the way the Host was trying to explain over and over that the conversion in the terminal is normal, when even in the smallest convenient store the terminal asks you to chose to pay in PLN or Euros. 2. The Apartment looks nice at first glance but the apartment is somewhat in need of fixing up. The shower door does not close properly so water sprays on the floor while showering. The door in the bedroom to a little closet does not close properly. A lot of patched up spots on the walls. The heating in the Bathroom did not work. 3. Amenities are very scarce. We had only two towels for the two of us. No towel for hands. No towel for the floor. There was not even a dish towel to dry the dishes in the kitchen. Also we had only 4 little packs of Shampoo/body wash for the two of us for 3 nights, which was way to little for someone with long hair.
