This property is so beautiful! It was spacious, clean, and EVERYTHING looks just like the pictures. It was 11 of us, all adults and it fit us comfortably!!! Cory our host was there to help us with anything every step of the way. He was a phone call away. The heated pool put the icing on the cake. We loved everything about this property and I would rent it again if I ever come back to Miami with a large group. Thanks again Cory!!!!

I stayed for a few days to celebrate my birthday with some college friends. Everything looked exactly like it did in the picture. The house was very clean, everything worked exactly how it should have…but the highlight was the heated pool. We had 5 cars, the drive way was big enough to probably fit 2 or 3 more. Cory was very attentive, he made my friends and I feel as if we owned the place. He also gave us several recommendations about local restaurants, and lowkey things to do around downtown Miami. The only way my stay could have been better is if I could have extended my trip.
Thank you Cory for the amazing hospitality, next time I’m in Miami I would love to book this property again

The home is as advertised. It is roomy, very comfortable and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The pool is amazing!
The furnishings are functional but sparse. I wish the kitchen had more dishes and the pool deck had more seating.
A few items were missing or broken but the host was very easy to connect with and fixed the problems. I would stay here again.

The house is beautiful and very cozy. It was a great stay. The location of this vacation home is perfect literally a few feet from the beach. The only thing I can say we were a group of 13 people the house could not accommodate us. The house can accommodate no more than 8 and barely 10 people and only have 3 bathrooms. I could not utilize all the parking space because a car was left there for all the 4 days we were there and we were not happy about it. Cory was very helpful and always answered any questions we had, he provided some great customer service.

Overall, it was an amazing house or stay was wonderful. The host was there to answer any questions that we had. The house was accurate to picture, The house area was beautiful. Are only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Wife and I hosted guests while visiting from the Midwest. It was cold where we were from, but it was a sunny 84 degrees in January when we stayed at the house. Clean, impressive, as nice in person as it looks online. Host responded quickly, so that was nice.

Since it was winter, the heated swimming pool was a key factor for us, and I always worry that listings misrepresent their pool heaters’ capabilities. But this system worked well, keeping the pool reasonably warm, even though we had two days of temps in the 40s/50s and a lot of cold rain. When the air temps rose back to the 70s, we were able to enjoy the pool with the kids. The owner/manager is very responsive and quick to answer questions/ address concerns.

The communication between all parties was positive at all times. The entire home was very clean, tidy and well equipped with everything you need. Considering staying again soon! We loved it.
