The house was everything the description said. It is a very nice clean home. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quite. There has been zero noice from the airport close by. Check in was easy. The pool is big the only thing I would have liked was a handrail coming out. The house is close to everything you would need, groceries, Walmart, shopping. There are so many restaurants to chose from, such a diverse selection too. Would definitely stay here again.

We are 4 old ladies (60+) and this is perfect. The neighborhood is very nice, peaceful, and quiet. The pool is beautiful and well kept. The backyard is private making the pool that much more inviting.
The house is equipped with everything for preparing meals.

We had a wonderful stay, thank you! The home was just as expected and described. Very clean and comfortable! The pool and the privacy were exactly what we were looking for versus a crowded hotel or even a condo VRBO.
The house is close (less than a 10 min drive) to everything. Shopping (grocery, clothes, fast food, restaurants, convenience stores, gas station) and the airport is about 8 minutes away.
The house was perfect and we felt right at home. Communication was superb and we couldn't be any more satisfied. The kitchen is more equipped than I expected!

After an unforeseeable cancellation with another individual, I was able to reserve this property the day before I needed to come to Pensacola for my daughter’s graduation.
This house provided everything needed. This was my first time renting this way. It will not be my last. We had much more space than we would ever have had at a hotel and it was also less expensive.
We had a great experience and made some good memories for my daughter. THANK YOU!

The weather was beautiful while we were there, and we spent a lot of time outside. If the furniture was a little more comfortable and a BBQ grill provided it would have been perfect but we would definitely come back! Thank You!

In all honesty the property wasn’t cleaned very well prior to checkin. There were hairs around the bathroom and on the towels and sheets. The pool was not clean (not the biggest of deals since it was chilly on our vacation weekend anyways). But aside from that, the house was lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a peaceful weekend. The price was decent for the amount of space also.

We were thrilled with our stay! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and we were only 15 minutes away from everything. We really enjoyed our time and the beds were so comfortable!

This spacious home was exactly what we needed for our visit home! As former Pensacolians, we were pretty picky looking at VRBO locations and neighborhoods around town. This spot was perfect! The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, the linens were high quality, and, best of all, the kitchen was extremely well-equipped. You get what you pay for--this rental wasn't cheap, but it was definitely worth it for us!

Best experience I've ever had with a VRBO. Location is fabulous. 15ish minutes from everything without the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas.
We came in and actually had to buy nothing. Every basic thing needed to stay a week was provided.

We loved our stay and were really impressed by the amenities and cleanliness of the house as soon as we arrived. We were down visiting for a long weekend with family and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Even better, was the communication from the itrip team. We had a few questions/requests and they immediately responded and took care of them for us. Would highly recommend to anyone to use this location as a rental stay.

We absolutely loved the house!!! It was very clean. Very is to get in touch with owner/manager. The only thing that was a little bit scary was we came back and a car was park out front. We had no advice notice that the pool cleaner would be there for 2 hours. Other than that it was perfect!!!
