Proprietà nel suo complesso ristrutturata e moderna con solamente alcune zone (discoste/non per chi alloggia) non ristrutturate. Siccome fuori stagione ci hanno dato una suite molto bella e spaziosa al posto della camera riservata. Piscine molto belle e grandi. Spiaggia tranquilla, mare purtroppo un po' rovinato dalla posidonia e in generale piuttosto profondo già a pochi metri dalla riva. Spiagge vicine con molti rifiuti in giro. Prezzo delle cose non incluse un po' alto. Città di Hammamet con venditori estremamente assillanti che non ti lasciano guardare in pace, ti stressano dal primo secondo e ti fanno passare la voglia di ritornarci.

11 points to the staff. Truly amazing from the reception to the bar, restaurant ...cleaning staff. They are the real credit to the hotel.
Outdoor space & view to the sea, calm & very quiet. (low season)
Varied food at buffet. The fruit juices at breakfast were excellent.
Thank you all for the wonderful stay, especially Mohd.Ali who arranged a funny birthday cake :-) good man Hamda who served us most of our 7 dinners, Ji Di Di who cleaned our room so well. There are many other staff members we cant remember their names.
The evening live music in the lounge.
That was our first holiday in Tunisia and we can confirm that we want to come back :-) See you all again !
Felt that the spa is a separate entity, does not match the hotel standard. To start with, the reception at the spa could learn from the hotel reception. Very different attitude.
Small things to mention:
In the hotel shower room, no holder for shampoo/ shower gel. Don't like to put shampoo, shower gel etc on the shower floor.
Lastly, try to help food wastage. A gentle notice reminding guests not to waste food at the buffet. It was sad to see many guests took far more than they could consume. A lot of leftovers throughout...

Séjour impeccable,accueil très chaleureux, ils sont tous gentils sans exception, ce qui m’a ramené de prolonger mon séjour, le centre spa est très développé ( le personnel est ponctuel et très professionnel , j’ai adoré aussi la décoration et les repas ; je suis vraiment positivement surprise; je reviendrai sans hésitation ❤️

Die Rezeption war einfach mehr als schlecht.
Wir waren 9 Uhr im Hotel und sollten erst 12 Uhr dann 14 Uhr unsere Suite bekommen nach Druck konnten wir 15 Uhr einziehen. Haben uns dann für das SPA einen Gutschein gegeben, damit wir uns bei dem Manager nicht beschweren.
Wir hatten dann auch einen Transfer zum Flughafen über das Hotel gebucht. Keiner kam und wir sind dann mit einer Privatperson im Kleinwagen nach Tunis gefahren worden, kamen grade noch pünktlich an. Das Personal hat uns aber 100 Dinar von unserem bezahlten Betrag zurückgegeben.
Schade, sonst war das Hotel super.

Nous y sommes allés pour notre lune de miel, nous avons loué un bungalow avec vue sur mer. J'avais des appréhensions car sur les photos je pensais que notre terrasse serait sur le passage des clients venant a la plage, mais quelle belle surprise nous étions au-dessus de la plage quasiment dans une terrasse privatisée avec plusieurs transat, un hamac, des palmiers... un véritable paradis. L'établissement a trois piscines. Le calme et la musique douce y règne avec des chanteurs le soir qui chantent des chansons adaptés a ce sentiment cosy. Vraiment le rêve pour un repos type lune de miel. Nous avons eu l'occasion de comparer avec le 4 etoiles d'a côté le Bel Azur, c'est tout l'opposé, bruyant, bondé de monde et délabré. Le Royal Azur lui est neuf, les chambres digne d'un 5 étoiles. Et la nourriture ... wow de vrais delices a volonté, il y a de tout et la qualité est excellente. Merci au réceptionniste d'avoir pris en compte ma demande et d'avoir préparé la chambre avec des fleurs et deco et fruits pour l'adapter a cette lune de miel. Nous y reviendrons a coup sûr. La salle de avec avec Peignoirs fournis c'est le plus qui fait se sentir encore mieux.
- La chambre était propre et nettoyée et rangée tous les jours, sauf sous le lit, il restait une capsule de café et de la poussière des anciens clients sous le lit donc. J'aurais mis 10 sans cela, d'où mon 9.
- La TV n'est pas une SMART TV, donc pas de Netflix ou possibilité de connecter son téléphone.

Tout était parfait. Un grand merci pour l'ensemble du personnel (réception - restaurant - chambre - bar du soir) des personnes très chaleureuses et aimables exerçant avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Nous ne pouvons citer tous les noms car tous étaient remarquables de courtoisie (une pensée pour Macrame - Lotfi - Jedidi - Oussama). Merci à monsieur HALOUI, directeur d'hébergement pour son extrême gentillesse et monsieur Sadok Boudhina pour son amabilité lors de nos échanges. Un grand bravo à tous. Patrick et Ouafae

The hotel is quite modern. The beach is excellent and so are the swimming pool. The food at the restaurant is good but not quite 5 stars.
- No coffee machine in the room.
- The coffee & machine at the restaurant is quite subpar.
- There were occasions where we felt the customer service was also subpar. One of our extras (a meal at the beach) was counted twice (we insisted to take a photo of the receipt at the time and we were right) and the clerk managing currency exchange claimed he didn't have spare change and that's why he wanted to keep 6DT...
- The biggest negative for us and probably the reason why we'd look at an alternative hotel next time is the fact the gym isn't included. You have to pay extra and the price is extortionate. This is a big issue given we like to exercise while on holidays. The hotel shouldn't be rates 5 stars without a gym included really.

The good thing that the location of the hotel was in front of the beach and good view from there
Many things :
1st: i booked a superior bungalow which is 85m and in the ground floor in front of the beach and depend of the picture shown here but i got different room which is suite in 1st floor and no elevator (stairs to go to restaurant or beach) when i talked with reception they said this is what we have and picture in booking doesn’t match with what we have ??!! How come this so booking from where they brought the pict ?! They knew their mistake and gave me free lunch and spa ?? Really not acceptable at all !! Very poor customer service
2nd : the room wasn’t clean at all and full of mosquitoes and insect around the bed
3rd no minibar at all and only 2 type selection of tea
3rd : restaurent was the worst i ever saw as an hotel 5* with this value really disaster ??? Food was very limited selection , no taste , some thing wasn’t well cooked like coscous , pasta , very very poor selection , coffee machine in restaurent was disaster no milk there if u select cappuccino only coffee and the rest comes water ??? Really
4th: the bar in the beach very poor selection of juices and no snacks ??

The food quality was very good, The lady made us a special crepe.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
There were issues with the number of sun loungers close to the swimming pool and we had to book ours ealry morning else we won't have a chance.

Our room was wonderful,the dinner was perfect (a lot of seafood)!The staff was really nice and caring,and special thanks for Karim at the beach bar, who made our holiday exceptional with his kindness, he is the best!

I’m speechless indeed and I think no words are enough to describe how fantastic this hotel is! It should be rated 7 stars hotel.
The service was absolutely amazing, the room was very comfortable, fancy, and spacious, the facility was family friendly and very welcoming. Also, the food was super delicious and there was a huge variety of selections.
Finally, I am very thankful for Mrs, Hana, Mr. Makrum and Mr. Saber, they were absolutely wonderful and very helpful, and assisted us in all our needs.
I highly recommend it and absolutely it deserves every cent! Royal Azur Hotel will be the first of my list when thinking of Hamammat. I can’t wait to visit it soon.

Definitely, it shouldn't be a 5 star hotel , more like a 4 star. Facilities are basic. You have to pay to access the gym, and if you get a visitor ,they get denied and harassed at the entrance by the staff who repeatedly embarrass you by reminding you that your visitor can't visit your room.

The facilities, number of outdoor activities. Breakfast and dinner buffet.
The air-conditioning in room. And room was not cleaned till late evening ,after informed reception. There was no card to hang for cleaned and do not disturb.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at everything from staff to facilities was exceptional, as soon as we arrived, welcome drinks were given then onto the room 2508 which had an amazing view we were taken up by porter whose name was Chokri who was so helpful gave us so much information regards to excursions etc also the beach was heaven and the worker on the beach named Marwan did not ever stop to please all the guests. We had paid for half board, and the food was amazing, and the service too i could not fault this hotel for anything. I would give this hotel, including all staff 11 out of 10
