We stayed here over our wedding weekend and were married just down the street at The Garden. The room was the perfect location and walking distance to our venue and our grooms dinner location at Hoops Brewing. Great space!

Everything about this condo was great! The place is located at the end of the hallway so the entire condo is filled with natural light. It was clean and very comfortable. The location is within perfect walking distance to all the shops and restaurants that Canal Park has to offer. It was really nice to have a place to park our car too!

The property was a perfect fit for my husband and me and our adult son. Lots of space. We had everything we needed! Super hot weekend in Duluth. We were grateful for the air conditioning!!

Location was excellent. Yes, it’s inside a hotel but that wasn’t a big deal at all. Very slick deal and the condo is beautiful.
Only hiccups are that the parking permit wasn’t in the unit as promised and it was a Saturday, so I wasn’t able to get the permit until Monday. Luckily the hotel hooked me up for a pass into their lot instead for the weekend.
My 10 year old enjoyed the condo and the pool and all the great nearby activities.
Recommended for those that want to take advantage of being in Canal Park!

This rental was great. Great location, comfortable, clean and lots of extras. Even had a fan for each bedroom.
The only issue we had was that the code to get in. Didn’t work and it was after 5pm (rental office closes at 5). The ease of getting ahold of the number listed was not ideal. After hours and then an answering machine with a number listed to call, and there I stood with nothing to write with to write down number. Not a huge deal but it was annoying.
This place is everything we needed. Thanks for providing such a great rental.

Very comfortable spacious apartment. Because air quality outside was so bad, we ended up staying in Sunday afternoon and evening. Very relaxing.

Suited 2 couples very comfortably for several nights. Only complaint was AC sounded like a freight train and you could hear each other through the air vents when you were in the bedrooms.

This is such a lovely home right in the heart of Canal Park! A spacious, comfortable condo with amazing views of downtown Duluth. We had a fantastic time!

Great location and setup. Absolutely gorgeous place and the location was so convenient for some fun eateries and drinks. Was nice they had a pool and hot tub.
Was odd they asked to replace the recycling and garbage at the end of the stay. Don't mind doing it per se, just odd that am paying for cleaning at a nice place and Im having to remove garbage bags and whatnot. Also the parking instructions were a little unclear and a picture/map would be of been great.
But overall really enjoyed it.

This is a very nice VRBO. The suite is nicely decorated with all the amenities. The location in downtown Duluth is convenient to shops and restaurants.

We loved this property and would use it again. The only suggestion is for clearer information on finding it and checking in. It’s in a hotel with parking across the street from the front. The CB private parking is in the back and much better for unloading suitcases. It’s covered so protected from weather
