Perfect location, amazing view over the estuary and beach from the lovely balcony Clean and very comfortable, everything in the property was to a high standard

Directions there would have been helpful - not clear how to get to parking space or which is the pedestrian access. We really needed a second front door key as though there is a key safe you want to be able for one person to go to bed and feel secure locking themselves in (for which they need a key inside) while allowing other occupants to get in later. Would be good especially on first day of arrival to be able to phone queries outside office hours for non-urgent things eg how to open balcony window as is a shame to have to wait for that info. Not many mugs Hard to dry things (needs a towel rail in second bathroom) not clear that french window openable as is stiff and looks like you need a key to open it

The location was super convenient and the view from the living room amazing. It felt very relaxing to be there; we would have loved to stay longer.

The decor could do with a little TLC in places but nothing major.

No Wi-Fi connection explanation Wrong keysafe number given in an email and we had to contact the booking company. Difficult to find the property entrance, could do with a description adding to the welcome email.
