Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was everything we wanted, and then some! The location was perfect, and the house was perfect! We did have a hiccup when we first arrived with several beds not having linens on them, and only having two sets of towels, and there was two open totes on the front porch, like someone had forgotten to get the linens on the beds, and distribute the rest of the towels. I called on Monday after not being sure if they were ours to use, and because the previous renter’s dirty linens were still outside of the house, and we were told they would come get the dirty linens, and that we could use the towels in the tote. When the linen company came to get the dirty linens, they also took all of our clean linens from the porch. Landmark did send someone back out late that night with some more clean linens, so crisis averted. Landmark can be difficult to communicate with, but as far as the house goes, it’s phenomenal in every way! We just went to rebook for next year, but it seems that Landmark is raising prices quite a bit for next year, so we won’t be rebooking for the inflated price, but if you can afford the new high cost, this house will not let you down!

The home’s proximity to the beach was truly unbeatable—just steps away—which made it so easy to come and go throughout the day. Whether we wanted a morning walk, an afternoon swim, or an evening stroll, it felt effortless to head back and forth without the hassle of a long trek.The house was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully maintained. It had all the essential kitchen utensils, cookware, and appliances we needed to prepare meals easily. It’s always a relief when you don’t have to hunt for basic tools, and this rental had everything covered. The open-concept design of the main living area and kitchen was perfect for our group. We could cook, dine, and hang out together in a bright, comfortable space that worked beautifully for dinners and game nights alike.Another standout feature was the included sheet and towel service. Knowing linens were provided made packing much simpler. And even though we stripped the beds before departing, having fresh, high-quality sheets and towels during our stay was a real convenience.Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations. The location, cleanliness, smart layout, and thoughtful amenities combined for a relaxing, seamless beach vacation. We would absolutely stay here again—and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, high-quality rental close to the beach. A definite 5 out of 5!
