Great views and location plus friendly management by Loan

Nha Trang was easily our favorite stay in Vietnam. Our apartment was beautiful, with an amazing view of the sea, modern furnishings, and a great layout. Everything was well-maintained, making it easy to feel comfortable and at home. The amenities in the building were also excellent, and Ahn's management team was quick to respond via Whatsapp and took care of any requests quickly and professionally. We both used Google translate which worked very well for communication. One of the best things about the apartment was its location. It was situated in a central area of Nha Trang, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Whether we were in the mood for a quick bite to eat or wanted to do some shopping, everything was within walking distance. But perhaps the best part of the location was its proximity to the beach. Just across the street, we were able to enjoy the beautiful waters of Nha Trang without having to go far. The building has its own beach area with loungers, fresh towels, and friendly attendants. While we did have to cross the street to get to the beach, the only downside was that sometimes the street crossing took longer than others because of traffic and no lights. However, we quickly got the hang of it and it didn't affect our overall experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and comfortable stay in Nha Trang. It was truly a memorable experience!

The manager of the apartment was amaizing girl. She was realy interested in my comfort in this apartments. She did her best to level out the mistake of the bookin department and was very helpful responding to each of my requests tring to help or solve the issue. I'm really appreciate her. She deserve 11 of 10. Without her my experience would be worse. Apartments was okey. It was just studio. But the view was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The Kitchen was okey, but old.

Location, facilities, staff, restaurant,

the bathroom door was broken. The view is misleading. there should be accurate photos so the customer knows what they are getting.

The bed for sure is the most comfortable in all of Vietnam! The apartment is located within a five star building. It was a five-star luxurious apartment very peaceful and quiet. It felt like a place I could have easily stayed for a few months. Bonus was the washing machine with laundry soap.

I wish I could’ve seen the ocean from the room. It’s only visible from the balcony if you look around the side.

Special mention to staff member Lena who made me feel very welcome. If I needed anything, all I had to do was ask Lena and she would arrange for it to be done. She ensured I had a memorable stay, which I did. She is an excellent ambassador for the company which is actually called Zoomapartments. Great location 20 yards from a wonderful beach. Nice pool and a decent gym.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. Of course great weather helped.

Staff services not good enough. Air conditioning not working properly Lack of Tea and Coffee There's no mirror in the room nor vanity desk. There's only 1 mirror in the bathroom by the basin. There's no convenient plug for hair dryer.

Good central location, great views from the balcony. Apartment 703 was really spacious.

Unfortunately there's nothing luxurious about this apartment except the view. Maybe some time ago it was luxurious ,but at the moment it just feels like luxury has expired. Apartment needs cosmetic repair badly, also needs redecorating as decorations feels like from 20 years ago. Apartment also desperately needs a deep clean not just a quick one. Tvs without apple tv or google chromecast is just a useless old boxes. Even if you close all windows the apartment it's still super noisy. Construction works started from 9AM and there was one noise in particular that I couldn't believe that I have to listen to in between two luxury hotels. On hour first morning there was a pig screaming for its life downstairs at their neighbouring restaurant. They slaughtered two pigs on the same day, yep in brought daylight between two luxury hotels. Staff needs to work on their communication as on arrival you are asked to pay in cash or pay 3% fee if you pay by card. Also agreeing to come 11 AM for a deposit and showing up at 9 instead its super unprofessional. Cherry on the cake was when the rental agent asked me to leave the perfect score on Booking.com and after i said ok she said NOW. nope not happening, learn some basic customer service manners if you're looking for that perfect score.

5 star complex. right in front of the sea. The apartment has a sea view and a very large balcony. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Will come back next time

Although my stay was very short in Nha Trang, my family was very surprised to stay at this hotel. Everything is perfect for the price, surprisingly the apartment has a very nice sea view balcony, the 2nd floor has a very good outdoor swimming pool. A pretty interesting experience here, we will recommend to friends when coming to Vietnam
