The man infront that greeted us when we arrived Moses was his name was super nice and helpful. The room was tidy and clean and smelled really nice inside.

The floor in the room had water on the floor when we arrived.
The facility in my opinion is not a kid friendly environment.

No window on the Bathroom

No mirror in the unit and no curtain in the bathroom, so people walking past - which happened wyite often - could see in.
TV didn't work and it qas also very cold in the unit.

Lack of access and privacy. No microwave in the facility. Room was cold with no heating available.

We love the comfortabillity of the place. Its simple and easy. It has an outside kitchen/ Braai area and The staff is so super friendly and my guy Moses. Man Moses is such a nice guy. Always ready to help and always available at anytime of the day or night.
We could come and go and He never complained. We booked again for a few weeks from now. Thank you so much
Just the property has only one geyser so it doesnt get warm enough. Other then thay Everything was 100%

The Guy who assisted us was moses and he was exceptional all around between extras needed to getting up to assist with anything with a smile

I was well received and the room was clean and comfortable, very friendly stuff especially Moses he was friendly and i felt like i was at home. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.♥️💯
The bed, shower was top notch... the privacy and the light inside my room jstgive me necessary 🚨...

Everything that you need is there, Moses the receptionist is very friendly and helpful, I felt safe and never uncomfortable. I can sincerely recommend this guest house, and the bonus is, it is so close to all amenities and surrounding places. Thanks so much!

The beds were extremely comfy, we slept so well...the owner is very kind and helpful...and Samuel is always around when you need anything. Thank you so much for making our stay in Bellville so memorable. I am definitely staying there again when I go visit my son at varsity...Hasate HG is highly recommended 👌

The bed was comfy and the room was spacious and newly renovated.
The environment was clean and peaceful.
The host and hostess were welcoming and helpful, they honestly had our interests in their hearts.
Great value for money
The bathtub and toilet in room 8 should be given attention.
The bed linen in room 1should be cleaned properly.

The staff was good, and the property and the room was very decent. A work in progress, but everything that is done so far is done in earnest. Good paint work, clean room, spacious with cupboards, more than required charging ports, good fridge and microwave, along with a good TV, and Wi-Fi connection.
the TV Netflix , YouTube and Prime were not paid for.
Also waiting in the road while waiting for the gate to open feels a bit uncomfortable. The toilet could use an exhaust.
