Blumar El Dome Hotel

Splendid. It was very good. Very friendly staff specially Mr. Abanoub in Reception. The location is great.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, they have this friendly ambiance that makes you comfortable being there. The facilities by the beach were good, they have swinging beds by the beach! Food was exceptionally good!

There was nothing I didn't liike, to be honest.

There a 2 swimming pools. The larger pool is awesome. Extremely huge and there was no crowd. It was like a private pool. We love the beach towel provided in the room. It was large too, compared too any other resort beach towel i have been too. The view is amazing especially the beach and the sahara mountain. Subhanallah. The ambience is so calm. We extremely enjoyed it. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious although it was lack of varieties. The staff were great.

The pictures of the room you see when u book was when it was new. The real one is obviously old. Rusty here and there in the toilet, The toilet door was hard to lock and can its sometimes stucked and very hard to open. Old curtain too. Old wardrobe. The lobby area is a no smoking area but people still smoke there. (The hotel staff should warn the guest on this). Quite difficult to find transport. A long wait before uber come to get you.

The staff was helpful and the food is good comparing with the money value

They can't upgrade us and we can't take exception for late check out
