Had a great stay.
All the facilities worked fine, and nothing was broken during stay.
Breakfast was very good. Served different food each day and during the evening, also chilling, having snacks and mint tea with the host Amin who also made a quick fry up of something for us to eat together.. brother Amin was truly and absolutely amazing and lovely!
Best host ive come across through all my previous travels!
What i did not like is no fault of the Riad so not worth mentioning

Great location, beautiful and comfortable Riad. Loved the breakfast on the roof, and the host was top notch. Definitely recommend.
Nothing.

The riad is beautifully decorated with taste. Our room was really comfortable and spacious. Marouane the host is a heartful person. He helped us with getting around, giving valuable suggestions for food, arranging and "fixing" problems with our car rental agency and tour guide. He told interesting stories about him and the neighbourhood. He's very proactive, calm and optimist. It was a gift meeting him! I would definitely recommend this place.

not too far from center
the director is trying to up prices 3-4x times the local selling price. lack of respect for other peoples money.
