Great location, right by the subway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice hot showers

Room was a little small

The staff were super friendly, it was really clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you’d need.

I couldn’t really open the blinds as I was eye level with construction site so workers could see in. But that’s kind of to be expected in New York. It was just a little bit out the way from the main Williamsburg things I wanted to see but easy enough to get to.

Zimmer war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Lage. Die Lobby war klein. Die Bar war im Keller. Frühstück dauerte sehr lange.

Unfortunately it’s a bit dirty. From the stained red seats in the reception area to our own room & robes. Fortunately the bed was clean, so we were able to sleep after getting in late. But there were no spare rooms so we had to request a thorough room clean in the morning. They gave us a complimentary breakfast to apologise, I just think the cleaners need to be given more time per room & do deep cleans occasionally.. Booking.com said ‘city view’ - it is not. See photo. Only 1 pair of slippers provided. It’s a good location for travelling but I will say the 5-10 minute walk towards Williamsburg centre in the evening didn’t feel super safe if I was on my own. Nobody explained the $15 daily credit to us - I only found out by reviews online. I did then ask if I could use it for $5 bottles of water in the room and was told no. They do not sell bottles of water at the bar for your room either FYI - we were going down to ask for refills and nobody mentioned there is actually a refill machine behind the ice machine.
