We had the most wonderful stay at Lighthouse, Rufat was a great host allowing for a late check-in and late check-out. I don’t think we would want to stay anywhere else at Sea Breeze, this really is a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment is right at the heart of the main Sea Breeze resort, just a walk from all the main cafes, restaurants and bars. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach and the host included wrist bands that gives access to the beach for residents and beach towels are provided. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and modern. There are two double bedrooms and the lounge, kitchen, diner has all the amenities you could need – fridge, freezer, oven, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster. There are TVs in the lounge and the bedrooms, the host provided wifi access and the air conditioning worked well and was very easy to use. Everything was clean and made up, ready for our arrival, plenty of towels, pillows and sheets etc. and there is a very convenient rubbish disposal so we could keep the apartment clean as we went along. The best part of our stay was the amazing terrace – it really is as big as the photos show and the views are super looking straight over to the Caspian Sea🩷. We spent all our time on the beach or on the terrace. Great for an early morning coffee or a late-night drink, or a midday siesta on the loungers (all the terrace furniture is sturdy and very comfortable) By the way, both bedrooms have doors that lead straight to the terrace. It was the perfect weekend get-away to the coast and we would love to go there again. Thank you Rufat for letting us stay in your lovely apartment 😊

Наше знакомство с Айзербаджаном началось со встречи с Руфатом в аэропорту, нам несказанно повезло, что хозяином апартаментов, в которых мы остановились, оказался такой внимательный и гостеприимный человек! Квартира с прекрасным ремонтом, большими потолками, 2 спальни, большая уютная кухня, оснащённая всем необходимым, но то от чего у нас захватило дух, так это внушительная терраса с роскошным видом на море, которое кстати в 5ти минутах хотьбы. В апарт-отеле есть бассейн, с браслетом также можно пользоваться лежаками и зонтиками на пляже. В окрестностях есть всё необходимое , банкоматы-обменники, рестораны и кафе на любой вкус, магазины, много развлечений для детей. Спасибо большое Руфату за прекрасный отдых, мы обязательно вернёмся, будем рекомендовать всем знакомым, процветания и благополучия Вам🙏

How do you even put it into words when your hosts start feeling like family? I honestly don’t know. But Rufat and his wife Elnara aren’t just hosts anymore—they’ve become true friends! The apartment is spotless and super neat: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, a huge terrace, and 2 bathrooms (one is a guest toilet)—absolutely family-friendly! The view from the terrace is breathtaking—you have a PERFECT view of the Caspian Sea. 🌊 A Bravo supermarket is within walking distance, you’ve got room service (just install the app), and right next door is a gym as well as a billiard hall (the owner is Yuri—tell him "Hi" from me!). Even the porters are so friendly and welcoming—I even joined them for a smoke break. Overall, it was an experience that I (and my son Max—not so sure about my wife Liza 😄) will NEVER forget... Не знаю. Но Руфат и его жена Эльнара — не просто хозяева, они стали нашими настоящими друзьями! Квартира идеально чистая и уютная: 2 спальни, кухня, огромная терраса, 2 ванные комнаты (одна из них — гостевой туалет) — всё очень удобно для семьи. Вид с террасы просто потрясающий — ИДЕАЛЬНЫЙ вид на Каспийское море. Супермаркет Bravo в шаговой доступности, есть рум-сервис (просто скачайте приложение), а также тренажерный зал и бильярдный зал (владелец Юрий — передавайте ему от меня привет!) по соседству. Портье очень дружелюбные и гостеприимные — я даже выходил с ними на перекур. В целом, это был опыт, который я (и мой сын Макс — насчет жены Лизы не уверен) НИКОГДА не забуду...
