This home was like walking into my dream home. The decor & space were well thought out, and there wasn’t a detail not covered. The owner was easy breezy & prompt to answer my questions. The details that stood out - towels were so soft; kitchen was spacious & easy to cook in, bedrooms were spacious, & they had everything to make our trip to the beach seamless.

We (two adult couples) just had a great stay here. The house is exactly as advertised, very well appointed, and conveniently located to serve as a base to explore the wineries, restaurants and beaches of the North Fork. Highly recommend!

This property is the perfect getaway. We stayed with my parents and toddler. There was more than enough space for us all. The house is equipped with everything, absolutely everything and it all seems brand new. The screened in porch was a great comfy place to hang out rain or shine. My toddler was able to walk around the house freely without any concern. The beach was beautiful, a short walk down the street. We loved that all the necessary beach equipment was available at the house (chairs, wagon, toys, umbrella). The location is spot on for wine tours, shopping, breweries, beach days, and much more the North Fork has to offer. The property owners are quick to respond to questions and very kind. We would 100% return and recommend the property.

The Cottage was perfect for my husband & I.
We were guests for a wedding at The Vineyard, So we decided to make a quick getaway out East.
The newly renovated cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Bill, the property manager was very helpful and quickly answered all of our questions that we texted him.

Bill was so friendly and inviting. Photos are accurate. Location is so close to gorgeous causeway beach. Minutes from main road- convenient for market runs and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back w my kids and husband.

Beautiful interior! It feels like you are living in a new home with all new appliances. The location is within biking distance to many wineries and Greenport is only a 15-20 minute cab ride. Bill was very helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. 100% would stay again.

What an incredible, brand new cottage in the heart of everything North Fork! This property is brand new, clean, organized to perfection and so adorable and cozy! The location is perfect for exploring everything the North Fork has to offer. The owner is super helpful, communicative, and such a nice guy! We really felt like we hit the jackpot with this rental and will definitely be back!

We traveled to North Fork, Long Island for the first time and this house was amazing. The hosts thought of everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable, including a fire pit, games, beach chairs, and large TV's. The home was decorated beautifully, extremely clean, had comfortable bedding, and a stocked kitchen. We are looking forward to returning and will stay here again!
