Very friendly staff. All spoke good English

I stayed for 4 nights and each night I was plagued by mosquitoes. Not sure where they came from because I thought I’d killed them all but then the next night they would come back.

I stayed in total 7 nights and it was really a nice stay. The stuff is super friendly. You feel they really care about your satisfaction. Breakfast was nice and fresh, you can choose between local and international food which I really liked. The room ist clean, modern and I really liked the night lamp :)

The rooms are quite okay, the beds are comfortable with just enough space for personal convenience.

The staff, particularly those serving at the reception and restaurant, are not welcoming at all. Although there was a language barrier because I am an English speaker, their communication, body language, and facial expressions clearly showed that they were not comfortable with foreign visitors who did not understand their language. The "Continental breakfast" has just one (1) standard menu 1. (Jam/Butter - Strawberry Jam, Red Honey, or Table butter) 2. (Bread - Slice bread or Cake) 3. (Juice - Avocado, Papaya, Pineapple, Watermelon or Mango -only one type per day and no alternatives) 4. ((a) Main Dishes - Chechebsa, Firfir, French Tots, Oats or Pancake (b) Your Choice Egg/Omlet - Plane Omlet, Cheese Omlet, Spanish Omlet, Fried Egg or Boiled Egg - you choose 1 item from (a) or (b) but not both) 5. (Hot Drinks - Coffee, Milk or Tea) for all the days. Firfir is to be made of beef with some traditional roll-up breads but on 2 occasions, mine had no beef and when I asked the waiter why it was like that she just looked at me and walked away. Basically, if they could remove the "CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST" and just offer accommodation, the hotel would be fine. They indicate that breakfast is served from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. yet on many occasions the workers right from the reception desk to the kitchen staff start reporting at work from 07:15 a.m. walking in so casually like there is "no bid deal" and if one complains of being delayed because of the late breakfast, they start giving options like cold juice and bread or oat porridge and bread without breakfast. Sadly, inasmuch as there is specialization, basic skills like putting on the coffee/tea maker is something out of the ordinary for the staff, such that I had to miss my hot tea in the morning simply because there was no staff who could operate the simple electric gadget; not even the Chef. Sorry for being too honest but that is what it is!!!
