Vie Via - Your Hotel

The hotel was walkable for staying in the city area or easily getting to trains & buses to go elsewhere. The website-based key entry worked well but I did have some worries about losing my phone or battery, though they did have phones everywhere so seemed like help was around if you needed it (I didn't). The bed was comfortable, wifi was great, and the shower had good pressure—all the basics covered. The cafe was nice and not too expensive for the self service...all hotels should have that! For a short trip, I would definitely stay here again.

I know it's a "just a room" concept but I did miss having the ability to make tea/coffee in the room (and there is not even hot water in the common areas, having brought my own tea and cup). The walls are not very soundproofed so I regularly heard furniture being moved, muffly talking, vacuuming, etc. everywhere from all sides.

Funky fun hotel in great location

We had been on an adventure challenge and so did not have access to the email with check in info. Staff in sister hotel were incredibly unhelpful and incredibly patronising.

Location is good, staff are the nice and the 24hour shop is a nice touch.

It is advertised as not your typical hotel but hotel room without a television is very weird for a 3star hotel. Paying to leave your bags before check in or after check out is also too much.
