Everything about the condo was just about perfect. The bed was a little firmer than our preference, but we adjusted to it (and some people may prefer the firmness!) The kitchen allowed us to make two meals a day - saving money and eating healthier! It was quiet in our building across the road from the main building. We only saw a couple of people in the building the entire week we were there, and the only noise was from cars driving by (sometimes with loud music or revving engines.) Nice extras like two beach chairs, beach towels, and a small cooler. (Also a life-vest, though we didn't need that.) Also a water filter in the fridge was a nice touch.

Not much could have been better - just little things like a paring knife in the kitchen would have been handy. And having the fridge open toward the kitchen rather than away would have been helpful.

Grounds well kept and location.

No washer and dryer. No bathroom exhaust fan. No dishwasher. Mattress was very cheap and I felt springs through mattress covering. Horrible sleep. No functional tv channels. Curtains didn’t even cover slider door opening. Maintenance purchased new curtains and installed on 3rd day of stay. Smelled marijuana smoke multiple nights despite being a “completely non-smoking property”.

What breakfast? The location, close to the beach. The bed was comfy.

The tv/internet did not work very well, kept having to fix it! The floor was sandy, not from us either and there were tiny little ants on the floor. The curtains did not cover the window and we were on a very busy street. Shower curtain was too short, so water got on bathroom floor even when we tried to keep in tucked into the shower. A little skimpy on the towels, it would have been nice to have 2 more

we needed more toilet papers and towels and so we stopped at the counter a couple times to ask for more but no one was there.

Vicinity to the beaches. The area is quite.

The inside of the room is old. There was a cockroach inside. The tv did not work for a while.

That it was right across from the beach We had a beautiful View of the ocean of the people. Loved watching the people That habitually was out there everyday getting ready to surf and just spending the day it was very nice. Saw some of the same people every day This was their spot

Taking a shower the tub didn't drain so we had standing water Whenever we took a shower. We were there for 5 days 4 of those 5 days we couldn't get the TV to work And there was no one to call because the office was closed
