Every detail of this property was perfect, and you can immediately tell that the manager pays a lot of attention to a lot of details. Arrival instructions and video were perfectly clear. The bedding was amazingly soft, and in perfect condition. The sofas were great quality (really everything was!), and just very comfortable all around. Many times the photos make a property look better than it is, but that is not the case here! It definitely has the “wow” effect when walking in.

The kitchen has everything you need and all appliances are new, but we just could not find the tongs. Based on how perfect the rest of the apartment was set up, I am sure that will be corrected immediately. Water pressure was a bit low.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS Property! The ENTIRE stay was AMAZING! So very comfortable, Perfect location and the host was extremely accommodating! We will definitely be back to enjoy another stay!!

The property was clean and everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable. The appliances were newer and in good working condition. The agent Terri stayed in contact and made sure everything was up to our expectations

The shower water pressure was not good. The view from the deck was not desirable but not a deal breaker.

The setting was cozy, and clean. It was easy to relax. I typically don’t sleep well when I travel but not here. I was able to sleep and it was great. The host, Terri, was amazing. Quick to respond, polite and kind. When arriving I did t think there would be much as far as food or drinks but I was incorrect. There was bottled water and goodies. There were even face clothes to remove make-up. A welcome sign….and there was hardly anything we needed to do when we left. I have stayed in places like this in the past and had to clean prior to leaving. I highly recommend staying here! I’m looking forward to booking there again.

Very modern and beautifully decorated. This place was so nice! Totally stocked with absolutely everything that we needed, in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. So many extra pillows and blankets. Washer and Dryer, iron, iron ironing board, board games, coffee table books with history of Prescott area and things to do and places to eat. Close to Whiskey Row and everything in Prescott, Safeway very close by and it has a Starbucks! Furniture super clean not worn at all! Linens are very high quality! Next best thing to a home. Terri was an awesome hostes❤️. Everything was so well thought out from the personalized welcome to the snacks, water in the fridge. Coffee mugs, coffee pot and coffee, tea bags, hot cocoa and marshmallows, popcorn, real sugar- and also sugar free sweetener, and the cinnamon to sprinkle on top. Blender, all the glasses/stemware you will need for all drinks. Toaster, pots pans, dishes, silverware, I could go on and on! We have stayed at Air B&B's and this one is the best one by far! You will not need to bring any toiletries at all. And there are cleaning supplies if you happen to need them. Laundry detergent, softener sheets ... everything you could possibly need ...IS THERE!
