Loved the location was absolutely gorgeous and the house was clean tidy and very comfortable beautiful setting easy to get anywhere

Just a very minor fact that we could have used a large frypan for breakfast instead of cooking ‘4 breakfast as there was only a very small frypan and a few tall drinking glasses There were a couple of people there that did have issues with the deposit including us getting through to the necessary account which can make it difficult at the last minute

No breakfast. It was out of town.

We were surprised to be asked for a $300 bond and to be required to provide identity documents on-line. These are expectations of a high end hotel in a major city not a rural cottage. The only people on site to help were other guests. The place was freezing when we arrived. It would be good for someone to put on the AC. The fireplace is integral to making the place warm, the AC doesn't warm the whole place. No firewood was provided. No matches in the house. Our neighbour had an axe so we could get some firewood from the property. We purchased some firewood.

Spacious for 2 good hot shower

TV wouldn't work, it said the Antenna was unplugged or service was down.

location was very good with good views of the Valley. The set out of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. Ther e was a comprehensive printed guide to the use of white goods.

The dead millipedes underneath the front windows. These could have been vacuumed easily before our arrival. The whole property is tired. Paint work is peeling and faded, and the lawn area needs maintenance. Signage is not good. The BBQ is next to useless and should be replaced. Two of the gas burners are so badly rusted that they are dangerous. Broken equipment and chairs from the BBQ area should be removed to enhance the setting.
