The flat overlooks Douro -- you can literally enjoy the sunbeams on the water from your window.
The kitchen is well equipped.
Location is cool but we didn't need easy access to the historic center so our advise may not be useful. We took two long strolls to the ocean though.
The beds were rather uncomfy: too hard, the mattress did not save.
Sounds from the street did not let us open the windows in the night. I notices too many night motobike enthusiasts in this part of Oporto. And they all performed for me the 3 nights I sent in the flat. With the closed windows, it was too hot inside.
