Great hotel, quite comfortable and close to a train station. It was convenient for our needs; the staff were friendly & attentive and the breakfast was great. They have a ‘welcome drink bar’ at nighttime where you can pour your own cocktails for free, it was a great addition after a long day out.
The room size wasn’t an issue at all, 10 out of 10.

The location was superb with easy access to the trains and restaurants all around. Peaceful and quiet location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was also superb and overall a great experience.
The room did get dusty over a period but I think(only speculating) that they do not vaccuum the rooms given the limited amount of spacing. There was no wardrobe space so keeping clothes was a problem.
The lifts do take some time(we were on the top floor) but not much to complain about

Not my first stay, everything remains perfect and clean. The lobby offers free skincare samples and sleep tea bags, which is so thoughtful. Excellent location and surroundings. My go-to hotel in Tokyo!
Breakfast hours are too early and short, so I’ve never had it.
