Everything - place, cleanest and most important Katia and her Team - molto grazie!

Everything about this place is amazing, it feels like home. Katja is a wonderful hostess, the standard is high, the beds are great and the garden is perfect with an amazing view.

The property was very modern, clean, beautifully designed with a balcony but also use of a garden. loved complementary bikes to ride to the lake and centre of Riva.

We would like to thank Katia for such an amazing stay. The property is very modern and clean, with very comfortable rooms. We arrived by car and the parking facilities were very comfortable. There were bicycles available to borrow to ride into the town centre, we also walked it to the centre it only took about 15 minutes but its an ideal place to base yourself if you are driving. The town is beautiful and katia was such a pleasant host, it was a joy to meet her in the morning in her stylish little bar area where she made us coffee and made us feel so welcome. Would love to visit again!

The host Katia was really nice and kind. Also everything was very clean and new. The free bikes are a big plus!

If sleeping in is a must for you on holiday - this is not your place. Unfortunately the walls and the ceiling are very thin, so you hear a lot of sounds from the stairs and the other rooms.

Clean very nice designed appartment. The bathroom, with rainshower, is huge. Very enthusiastic, helpful host. Although evrything is doable by foot, the free available bycicles were very convenient. Nice balcony with view on the mountains. The nearby road is busy but hardly any noise from it.

The washing machine mentioned at the room, is a common one. euro. 10 per person for clean towels is overpriced.
