We loved the room. It was basically like a studio apartment. I was surprised when I walked in actually at the amount of space we had. The kitchen was clean they provided all the amenities needed. The little living room area was nice as well . We had a view of the pool. The bed smears comfortable as well. Bathroom was very clean .
The only thing I’d say I was a little bit surprised about was the day of check out. We had perhaps an hour left of our stay and housekeeping didn’t knock they just opened the door to start cleaning. My boyfriend let her know we still had time to check out so she went to do another room. She was very apologetic about everything which we appreciated.

there was no sign with the same name as i booked outside the hotel so i could not find where to go in. there was another hotel name outside. the lock was broken in the room so they changed us rooms. then we were put into a room that was so far to walk to from the elevator my mom had to stop 2 times to rest. i had told them she could not walk far. they then moved us a little closer but the room was less of a room than the others. it was a struggle.

. On Sunday, 3/5/2023, between 10:30-11:00AM, someone opened my hotel door. Swiftly closed the door when they saw my husband. My husband immediately went to the door, and the person was not there. When my husband stepped into the hallway, he saw a gentlemen a few doors down, and he apologized profusely for opening our door. The gentleman had on a blue Marriott shirt, we are assuming he worked in maintenance. My question to the Marriott is can your employees enter rooms that are occupied, unannounced? We did not have a maintenance work order, nor did we have cleaning services requested, so what reason would this gentleman have to enter our room unannounced? I reached out to the property to air my grievances, but to no avail.
I was in the process of getting dressed when this occurred. I shutter to think what may have happened had my husband not been present.
I am not okay with this. Hopefully someone from this location will contact me so we can discuss this, and find out if this protocol for your company

it was nicely maintained and a great location. The rooms were very clean as well as the hallways and common areas. It was quiet and well lit.
