The location was perfect! Loved the area! Extremely convenient to shoppes and restaurants. Staying ocean front was amazing!

I liked being right next to the beach so I could walk out and spend the day on the beach or walk out and catch the sun sets that was nice. You're not far from any restaurants and if you want you can catch the trolley right next to the Nautilus hotel and that's free. The area is quiet or it was for us. There was plenty of hot water. The master bed seem to be very comfortable. AC works very well ice cold just like my wife likes it

The condo does not look as nice as the pictures. The condo needed a lot better cleaning than it was when we arrived. The condo needs a lot of updates. The twin beds need to be replaced they were very squeaky and springy. When we called about the cleaning of the condo, the lady on the phone just said "I guess it's not up to your standards" we found that very rude. That was the property manager of the Nautilus condos. I felt safe for laying my towel on the reclining chairs they both looked and felt terrible. They seem to be stained up a little bit in the material was rough like somebody had tried scrubbing the fabric. The towels that they give you for four people which is about 1 L per person is supposed to last you for the 7 days that you stay, if you need clean ones you have to wash them yourself at the laundromat on the premises. I only have four tiles I would look elsewhere next time if I wanted to stay on Anna Maria Island. The realty company managing the condo did call back later and offer us $80 back on the cleaning fee, andwe do appreciate that.
