in 4* hotel i would expect the spa or i door pool to be for free for the guests. here is expensive. the baby chair in the dining room were never clean.

Great hotel overall. Close to the beach, good food, nice swimming pool. The staff was attentive and friendly (except 1). Room was cleaned every day

The hotel is a bit dated but is good value for money. We stayed 1 week and the two biggest downsides were: 1. Parking is not guaranteed. We had to pay 5 eur for the parking and we left the keys with the staff 3 days to move the car around the parking lot... And 2, at dinner there was a rude guy in the staff that really ruined dinner for us couple of times. A small, older guy with glasses. You also need to pay for drinks (sparkling water 0.75 - 4 eur)

Food: Loveless food, cheap goods and very poorly prepared. These people can't even provide quality coffee! THIS IS NOT CROATIA! At 10 o'clock in the morning, while the guests are still eating, the lights are turned off punctually at 10:00, because breakfast is then over. Staff: Extremely belligerent Generally no desire to work, probably due to the poor pay (except for some). If you complain about something you are looked at threateningly. Room: Dirty bed linen on arrival Stinky rooms because of old carpet; just ugly! Demotivating interior Back pain from the (fake double beds) No mini fridge for days, called 10 times until something happened. Leaky rooms, you can hear what the neighbor is doing Activity: Tennis court is terrible and unkempt Pool is unkempt and disgusting Fitness room is never cleaned and can only be useed if you pay additionally. Parking lot: Directly under trees, if you care about your varnish park somewhere else. If you need your car let them know at least 4 hours in advance, they park everything so they don't even know where left and right is and you can't get to your own car because it's blocked. Location: Directly at the beach, the only thing that was not lied in the hotel description.
