Location is great and staff were friendly.

Not having access to a kettle in our room; however staff provided hot water in a cup when asked.

Apart from the lift not being there, the stay was pretty good. Location was just a few minutes’ walk from the lake.

No lift

The rooms were spacious, and we loved having a private terrace. The property offers great amenities like free parking, car charging stations, a playground, and even a grocery store right inside the building. The breakfast was decent, and the location was perfect.

I didn't like that two single beds were pushed together instead of providing a true queen or king-size bed. Because of this, there was an uncomfortable gap in the middle that couldn't be fixed. It makes it very difficult for a couple to sleep comfortably without falling into the gap or being forced to squeeze onto one single bed. Additionally, there was only one trash bin in the entire accommodation, located in the bathroom. There should definitely be a small bin in the main room as well. Serious Security Issue: Shortly after booking, I received a phishing message on WhatsApp from someone pretending to be the hotel. The scammers had my exact name, phone number, hotel name, check-in dates, precise booking amount, and booking number. The message contained a fraudulent link mimicking the Booking.com layout and asking for card details. There is a severe data breach somewhere in their system that urgently needs to be addressed.

Comfortable clean hotel in a fantastic location. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Easy check in process with PIN code emailed before arrival to access building and room.

Shower fixture broken but useable.
