Hotel Byzance

The suite was just like home only issue was it advertised on booking thier was cooking facilities in the suite which there is not. just a fridge and kettle in the kitchenette but the bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi bath tub was a delight ,wish we could have had the room for the full stay defo be back for more of it 😀

Compared to August it had way more flies than in the peak of summer , only dislike and not the hotels fault lol

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Byzance in Nebaulu, and it was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. While the hotel itself is charming and comfortable, what truly elevated the entire experience to an unforgettable level was the incredible receptionist, Syrin. Syrin’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are simply on another level — she surpasses even the legendary service standards of the Ritz and Four Seasons. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. Her efficiency, kindness, and ability to anticipate every need turned what could have been an ordinary stay into something truly special. She handled everything with grace, precision, and a personal touch that is rare to find anywhere in the world. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. Because of Syrin, I will most definitely be returning to Hotel Byzance — she is the reason this place will always hold a special place in my heart.Highly, highly recommended!
