Sehr leckeres Essen, also wenn man noch was davon bekommen hat :).

Das Hotel hat wohl seine besten Zeiten hinter sich… der Wellnessbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig… es werden nicht mal Früchte nachgelegt… Die Küche ist sehr lecker aber auch hier… wird kurz vor Ende nichts mehr nachgelegt… an der Bar haben wir 35 (!) Minuten für einen Drink gewartet… als wir es angesprochen haben war keiner für Zuständig… Schade vor einigen Jahren war ich das erste mal hier… wollte unbedingt nochmal her… war wohl eine Fehlentscheidung

Amazing property in a superb location. Our room was spacious and very clean and well equipped with everything you need - and we had a small balcony overlooking the golf course. Staff were amazing, buffet breakfast included is amazing and we enjoyed fab dinners with the Half board option. The pool, spa and fitness centre are very good and the lounge areas are really comfortable. We visited in Summer - I would love to see it in winter - covered in snow. Highly recommend.

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren wirklich super, man hatte viel Auswahl und konnte zwischen Fleisch, Fisch und Vegetarisch entscheiden. Das Fleisch und der Fisch wurden auf Bestellung nochmals angebraten. So konnte wenigstens beim Fleisch und Fisch verhindert werden das massig Essen weg geworfen wird. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und Rollstuhlgerecht. Personal war super freundlich.

Leider waren beim Essen mehrere Leute dabei die sich am Tisch nicht benehmen konnten und die Teller ins unermessliche voll geladen haben (Salate, Vorspeise und Nachtisch). Wie immer, dass meiste ist dann leider im Müll gelandet. Manche Gäste können sich beim Essen einfach nicht benehmen. Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber, wir haben hier mehrere lange Haare Haare gefunden die nicht uns gehörten. Haben die Haare dann mit der Duschbrause entfernt.

The hotel was nice, but some of the rooms are soo far from reception. The restaurant is ok, all was delicious.

The worst thing is the transfer of hotel to ski area. I called the hotel before trip, and ask for the transfer. They told me that it takes maximum 5-10 min., but they have a car small capacity. For that reason it takes minimum 20 min. And also the diver is not so kind, she was so rude. If you go there for skiing, please think about that one time more.

we love the ARosa and having travelled there before we were excited about upgrading and spending our honeymoon there. The facilities the beautiful Spa, the restaurant and the staff are amazing. we were looking forward to it so much!

it kills me to have to write this review it really does! We travelled in February 2 days after our wedding. we were exhausted and looked forward to the rest bite. A 5 star spa hotel was just what we needed! What we didn’t realise is that in the space of less than a year. the hotel had turned into a Disney Hotel! There were kids EVERYWHERE!! We were shown to our suite to find we were in a tower of 4 rooms with no barriers in the room between our bedroom door and over excited, door slamming families! when the 2 Italian families moved in 2 days later I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown and just wanted to go home! no exaggeration it was like being in lilliput! The pool had hours dedicated to families - none paid attention and it wasnt managed by the staff. you couldn’t relax anywhere. hot chocolate thrown up the walls in the corridors that the staff had to do an emergency paint job! football games being allowed to be aired in the bar at night whilst the entertainment was on?? restaurant was unbearable. we had to go down before 7am get out before it got busy! dedicated quiet areas in restaurant still allowed families to be served in there. kids running around feral. we got in the lift and we were surrounded by about 6 kids all under the age of 7 pressing Buttons and getting off at different floors. cinema had about 20 films. all kids films! we were so disappointed. the price we paid was top dollar and despite being moved to a quieter room. I’m so upset to have to write this. sorry A-ROSA. you need to decide whether you are a spa hotel or a family hotel. you cannot be both. you don’t have to disappoint your guests just because it’s half term! we did not expect that!!

good location and food was good

beds were really uncomfortable pillows were terrible, I asked for a change and the replacement was even more uncomfortable, it gave me a bad neck for my entire stay
