The atmosphere. The staff. Always smiling and responsive!
After placing the order, I sent a message asking whether the two beds were adjacent to each other and the answer was yes. Actually the beds were more than 60 c"m from each other and because the hotel was full so I could not get a room with a queen size bed.

In die Jahre gekommen aber alles sehr gut gepflegt.

Exclusive hotel which is nice to be from time to time. Breakfast was very good. Staff were kind. We had misunderstanding in regards of breakfast payment as part of the order and after a check they compromised on one day.
I personally do not like to be in the middle of of the hectic city. After 3 weeks of nature that was too much for me.

The location was good and the hotel building was grand. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was on the 7th floor and the lifts were very quick.
I always make the air conditioning a priority, as well as a firm bed and a good shower unit. All 3 were not that good, especially the air conditioning which had little control features and hardly worked at all to keep the room cool at night.
