Ein sehr nettes Personal und ein sehr sauberes Zimmer

Bed rooms very spacious, lovely bathrooms, very clean hotel, nice terrace with pool but more like a dipping pool, you can pay for breakfast if you wanted too
I have to say some of the reception staff need to be a bit more engaging, they would rather speak to each other more than to the guests, think they need training on how to be more sociable

The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. My room was great. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices. The location was excellent. Walking distance to Plaça Catalunya where you can catch every type of transportation you may need.
I traveled during a heat wave and found the hotel was not well air conditioned. From the moment I walked out of my room the humidity could be felt in the hallway and worse yet was the heat in the elevator.
