Getting the key was very easy and the distance to our apartment from the reception desk was two minutes. There were restaurants and shops beside the apartment and you could park your car outside also.

Nothing

Excellent location & the apartments were very spacious & bright . Fully functioning kitchen & 2 big bathrooms.

The pool area in the apartment complex was not very well maintained & the sofa bed sleeping option in the apartment was poor.

I have stayed at these apartments before, I find it difficult to fault it, there was a couple of small things that needed attention but they definately required attention, I reported to the front desk of hotel & they were fast to respond. The apartment entrance needs attention, there is water damage and the sensor lights inside main door need to come on faster but overall, it is a great place to stay.

Fridge door fell off, mirror on wall was not secured to the wall, entrance at lifts has water damage.
