הצוות היה אדיב, ענה לכל שאלה ובקשה, המיקום מצויין, לא מפחיד בכלל שזה על קצה רחוב איזור הקאצ'בורי (מועדני הלילה קרובים), לא הסתובבנו מאוחר בלילה אבל עד 22:00 לא היתה בעיה, החדר היה קטן אבל הפתיע לטובה שזה לא נורא בכלל.

ניקיון החדרים לא מספיק טוב, המכונת קפה שבלובי היה תקולה יומיים מתוך 4 שהיינו.

It is listed on Booking.com as a 4 star hotel. It isn’t and should be corrected. The room I was given was dingy, cramped even with Tokyo standards with several stains on the carpet. No amenities. It wasn’t a good value at all and unless a great deal is offered, I don’t recommend this place

The location is very good. Restaurants are within a walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great facilities and great service, felt completely safe and comfortable there. Awesome room, would stay again.

Everything was great, although i’m a little picky. Would suggest to bring your own pillow but overall not that bad.

Shinjuku location is very central and easy to get around and staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and although we had some room issues, these were quickly rectified by the hotel.

Having stayed before in Shinjuku several times I knew what to expect however it’s very seedy specifically at the hotel entrance with foreign men trying to trap tourists into some high price nearby “entertainment” constantly gawking and propositioning my teenage daughter even when I held her in my arms. The hotel is spacious enough although for a couple I’d take a twin not a double as the beds are too small for two people, but would likely stay a hotel a few blocks away again and walk in each day. The noise at night was quite loud and although you sleep through it, it’s noticeable and so too are the ambulance sirens.

Great location for station, bars, and some sites.

Went for delux double room on second visit. The 'hot tub' is a bath. Room no bigger than standard double room which is small. Hard to spot any real difference between rooms.

It is reasonable for a business hotel and service apartment style. A lot of food options. One of the best ramen and gyu-katsu place nearby.

But the building and decor is rather dated, the carpet and lounge sofa are quite old with stains. East Shinjuku is rowdy with night clubs, while West is a bit more organised.

location is great if you want to be in the heart of Shinjuku, best hotel bathroom I had while in Japan (not cramped at all) - think I had the deluxe double. Surprisingly quiet for the location (I stayed on a Wednesday night only)

the rooms are a little small, but just about workable for two people - we were a comfortable as you can be in a confined room.
