The location was great very quiet, lovely area for a walk, lots of wildlife close enough to the mall within walking distance.
When using the shower the water collected at the back of the bath running onto the floor and flooding the edges quickly not too much of an issue though.

Spa bath was great, we had no issues with the jets, also other plus was having the huge TV.
Probably wouldn’t have booked if we knew it was actually attached to the owners home and not seperate (separated by a locked door). Was pretty awkward hearing the owners through the walls. Also heaps of weird and odd signs around the place outlining the rules (which is fine but just ruins the romantic mood). Located on the corner of two streets so parking was a bit of a hassle. House rules also state guest must wash own dishes before leaving however the only sink to wash dishes is in the bathroom which is pretty gross and there was no dish washing liquid. Also as we left we stripped bed of sheets just out of habit to be helpful to cleaners to find a pretty large and ominous stain on mattress protector underneath. Definitely overpriced.

The huge spa bath was amazing, the bed was comfy and the TV was massive. The place is well located in North Lakes and close to shops and amenities
The accommodation isn't really a unit, it's a spare room and ensuite off a house, where other people live, so it felt a bit awkward as whilst there is a separate entrance, it's next to the main entrance. The room is connected to the main house via an internal door and sounds from the occupants could be heard.
There is no on-site car parking as advertised, it's street parking.
There was a sign up saying to wash your dishes before leaving, however as the accommodation is a room and a bathroom, the only place to wash dishes is in the bathroom sink, which is incredibly unhygienic. I was too afraid to use any dishes because I was unsure if they'd be clean.

That it was not a hotel, it was a private location. Contactless check-in & check-out. Room and facilities were clean, nice & tidy.
The "whole house" booked seemed to just be the main bedroom, ensuite & walk-in robe of a house. It was a little uncomfortable because of the close proximity to residents (which I didn't see) but just felt a little awkward. Now I know I would probably book again. No parking other than footpath & wasn't sure if I was allowed to park there. Wish there was milk provided.

Room was very clean and neat as was bathroom. Quiet and private.
Shower needs a curtain or some sort of cover as water runs everywhere when you shower. Also spa jets were very mild and hardly rippled the surface of the water. The spa was very disappointing as it was the selling point of the room for us. Also your ad on Booking said whole house, also a selling point, but was only two rooms.

Child friendly location with a playground right outside and in a quiet area. Good value for money.
It said to clean and put back all kitchen where used but there was no dishwasher liquid or brush. The address was hard to find and it wasn't obvious where to park or how to access.

We booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 The tap of the bath leaked and water went every where so couldn't run a bath which was very disappointing The bed looked like it had been slept in The sheets were very crumpled There was no car parking The whole experience was terrible and we will NEVER NEVER book with booking.com again
