the lady who welcomed us was lovely, very helpful. room was a great size, beds really comfortable. Location was excellent, there were loads of options to eat on the same street and the cathedral was at the end of the road. Especially good if your only staying for a few days as the street itself is quite but you are in the heart of it all within 2 minute walk. Would stay here again if we ever returned.

"The location was exceptional. Situated right in the historic centre, it was easy to walk to the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and countless restaurants, cafés and shops.
