Nothing at all, beautiful place and the best pool ever

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the house. The location was perfect — very central and convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

We did experience a few issues with a water leak during our stay, but the staff were extremely supportive, responsive, and helpful throughout. Their 24-hour service was a real plus, and they made every effort to assist us and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the excellent support and hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again!

Very charming property in a lovely location in Porto Cervo Marina. We had a great apartment on the property, the facilities weren’t the most brand new but it was very cozy and the staff were super helpful for our late check in and other needs we had. Was very impressed with the location and how convenient it was, everything was near including the wonderful restaurant right next door. Parking was always available, and the apartment had everything needed, including a great view for us.

Only thing I could think to complain about was the shower was a bit small, but it was no issue real issue whatsoever.

Very good location

The apartment was very basic. It was advertised as 4 star but it was far from it. We arrived and were immediately disappointed. The balcony was dirty with a dirty mob and bucket on it, old plastic table and chairs, a plastic clothes drier and three plastic recycling bins. No space for much else! We were also unfortunate enough to have one of the only balconies with the air conditioning unit which was filthy and ugly to look at. The cooking facilities were very basic and there was very little crockery. Plenty of coffee cups but no kettle to make a coffee, no toaster, no wine glasses, no chopping board, the fridge and cooker were old and rusted on the outside. The bathroom was very basic too, no toilet roll holder, a rickety towel rail that kept falling over, no hooks to hang towels anywhere else, very little storage space. Bedrooms also basic. One pillow per bed and they were very flat, very few coathangers, one hanging rail was so high up you had to stand on a chair to reach it! I would also recommend taking earplugs!
