This Guest House is truly a magical place, but what makes it absolutely unforgettable is the owner. He is one of the warmest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met — the kind of person who makes you feel at home the moment you arrive.
Spending time here is not just about a stay, it’s about an experience filled with kindness, genuine conversations, and a feeling that you’re more than just a guest — you’re someone who truly matters.
I will always carry a piece of this place in my heart.

We enjoyed our stay in this place, it’s our best experience in Armenia, Our guest mr.”Lova” is super amazing and welcoming, he offered us food, drinks and more blankets, he cared a lot and that makes the experience the best, hope you try our experience in this place and give yourself time to talk to mr, Lova

Location was perfect, quiet and walking distance to downtown. Best part was our host! What a brilliant man he was. Very adapt in Google Translate communications, so we could actually speak with oneanother. Really big rooms, private parking and a shared bathroom with the owner. Perfect value for money, will definitly stay here again if we are in Gyumri again,
It was all perfect!

Very friendly host. He gave us information about his town and his country. There is a lot of space and cozy furniture in the room. The house is in a quiet road, close to the centre.
There were many small mosquitoes in the room, take care to close well the net on the door.
