Room felt dirty with stains and scratches on walls. Bed was shorter than expected. Hallways were hot and dirty.

The hotel is located five minutes away from the metro station and plenty of 7/11. You're also in a very lively spot. The staff is very kind and can speak some English should you need to.

The beds are awful. I'd rather sleep on the floor kind of awful. Next to the hotel there's a firefighter park, which means you WILL be woken up by sirens throughout the night. My room's bathroom was awful, with a bath that struggled to drain and the basin itself where the lock didn't work, and so I couldn't shave or wash my face properly.

Their buffet was the highlight of the stay but that’s about it. Nothing exceptional. But not bad either

Accidentally booked an ok smoking hotel room it was so bad and i hated it. My fault tho but the walls and ceiling was dirty but that is to expect from a smoking room, never again.

Very nice and clean place, rooms is average size or probably smaller than normal for this type of hotels but absolutely comfortable.

The room key card is necessary only to open the door because the socket on the wall, the one where usually you put the key to switch on the lights, is already filled with a permanent one. So I ask what to do when go out, because the light and the air cooler don't switch off automatically and I switched off both. The man at the reception said that I should keep all on because the room will be cool and with the light when someone come back. I feel that this is a waste of energy, especially when as in my case you go out early in the morning and come back in the evening. Thus, the cleaning staff set the cooler at polar temperatures so it basically waste more electricity than normal and it is very unnecessary in my opinion. I understand that they pay a bigger amount for the electricity for the comfort of customers but especially in this period would be better to save some energy, I guess. Rooms are small so making it cool is a matter of a couple of minutes. Despite this, all the rest was very good so this is just an advice to a very good hotel.
