Location around corner from Buckingham Palace. Large rooms in 3 bedroom unit. Heated floor in en suite.

Difficult for taxi to find due to poor communication from Aeria and no signage. I booked day before arrival and did not receive check in form from Aeria that they claimed to have sent. Taxi driver called them for instructions and entry code. No coffee pot or teapot. No dish soap or dishcloth, only small scouring sponge. Our 3 bedroom Unit was below ground level. No instructions on how to operate safe. Had to go to front desk, which isn’t always manned, to find out how to get the usual BBC and ITV channels on the 1 television provided in the unit.

Spacious 1 bed apartment 100 metres from Buckingham Palace and an easy walk to many attractions or train stations to get to where you need to go. The room was sound proofed so we didn't hear any outside noise. Ample wardrobe srmtorage fir a short stay. We arrived in the evening and had an issue with wifi. Although it wasn't remedied for about 24 hrs the staff responded quickly via Whattsapp message and did all they could to keep us informed of the progress.

Minor issue but there was a minimal number of plates glasses etc so needed to wash them by hand instead of only having a couple of items in the dishwasher but there was no liquid dishwasher detergent or cleaning items for handwashing.

First of all, the apartment has a very strategic and convenient location, which is one of its main advantages. However, I would like to mention one point: as you may remember, there is a road closure directly in front of the apartment every day, which can sometimes be inconvenient. The size and spaciousness of the apartment are excellent, and I particularly liked that the bedrooms are located away from the kitchen, which provides more privacy and comfort. The master bathrooms are also very spacious, practical, and well designed, which makes them very comfortable to use.

There were a few issues during our stay that I believe could be improved: 1. Check-in and apartment allocation: Upon arrival, there was some confusion regarding the apartment allocation. I was initially given the details for Apartment 6 in Building 13–14, and we took all our luggage to that building. However, when we entered the apartment using the access code provided by your team, we found that there were people inside the apartment and their belongings were still there. It was clear that they were still staying in the apartment and had not yet checked out. It could have been a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation if we had opened the door while they were inside. We then contacted the provided apartment number and were informed that the apartment had been changed. We were given the details of another apartment in Building 11–12. Unfortunately, we had to move all of our luggage to the other building without any assistance, which was quite difficult and exhausting after a long journey. I believe there could have been better coordination and more attention to detail during the check-in process, particularly to avoid situations like this and to provide assistance when a last-minute apartment change is required. 2. Cleaning frequency: The apartment is cleaned only once during the stay, which, in my opinion, is not sufficient. A significant amount of dust accumulates within a week, and this can become quite noticeable and uncomfortable. More frequent cleaning, or at least an additional cleaning during longer stays, would make a big difference. 3. Toilet issue: There were several occasions when the toilet did not work properly after flushing. It would sometimes get stuck and continue running for a while before eventually returning to normal. This should be checked and repaired to prevent the issue from recurring. 4. Beds and mattresses: The beds and mattresses could also be of a higher standard, especially considering the price of the apartment.
