Great breakfest to the room, nice people

Great location and easy parking. Breakfast was delicious each morning. The staff were kind and attentive.

The bed was really, really hard - I slept on a pile of the extra pillows. The shower was very small, but still functional.

Very clean rooms, sheets and towels changed daily!

Especially the host, he should never work in tourism, I have never met such a fake and mean person. Also the beds were very hard beds and the bath extremely small, one person can barely fit in the shower.

Athina residence is a clean, comfortable, modern place to stay. A remarkable varied and generous breakfast arrived in a basket to my door each morning, providing plenty of food for both breakfast and lunch. It is located in a side street, just off the main street in Nidri and just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. The family who manage the guesthouse were welcoming and friendly.

The many small streets and laneways in Nidri are not easy to drive through. Get a small car!

it’s a nice apartment with all the facilities you need for an short stay in Lefkada! it’s located 10 m from the centre of Nidri, in a street full of restaurants, markets. The building has even an parking area for the car, really useful in this part of city. Clean and spacious rooms, all furnished beautifully and the staff was very friendly! if we’ll return some other time in Nidri, we definetly will stay at Athina Residence! thank you

the owner is incredibly nice, the whole stay was chilled and relaxing, breakfast served in the room was absolutely great. You had everything you need in that big plate! Bed was comfortable, pillows as well! Location was 2min walk from the main pedestrian. Would absolutely recommend to everybody.

although is was just a few minutes from the main road it was really quiet . Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean

Spacious room with a lovely private terrace outside and a huge double bed! Clean towels everyday. And a nice garden with seats. Close to the center where you can find lots of restaurants. No traffic noise.

It’s a little bit noisy also because there’s only a small hallway between the rooms.

The place was immaculately clean and in an excellent central position.Off the main road it s quiet and near to everything.If you have a car there is a convenient parking next to the Studios.The staff are very accommodating and kind. Room was nice and modern with a little balcony to have breakfast on. The breakfast is very generous and delicious. Small little touches like an espresso coffee machine , complimentary mineral water and toiletries plus slippers made our stay that extra valued.

Big room with cleaning done everyday. Large balcony with chairs and table. Very good location in Nydri center. Friendly staff. Attention to details (e.g. quality toiletries, small candles on the stairs at night).

Thin walls (we heard a washing machine at 12AM in the night). Shower cabin was a bit small.

Very clean, big room and air conditioning. The position was close to Nydri dock and the guest knows English. We liked the breakfast variations possibilities. Big parking area that is private was a plus to park our big car safe.

Very noisy area, it can rise you from death during sleeping hours. Unfortunately the Greece on country side is well known for poorly maintained vehicles(especially the motorcycle, atv) that made you feel each day and night like in a battlefield…so imagine a very circulated street 1meter from your balcony 10 days! We would like to have the possibility of a different terrace where we can eat and enjoy a garden for breakfast because it was only room service possible.

Good location. Suite well furnished and clean. The staff is a family and they are very friendly . The breakfast served in the suite , excellent. Close to the beach , port, restaurants and shops. Very good to stay and explore Lefkada.

The staff is more than nice and they will do anything to make you feel welcomed and satisfied. Very clean and well furnished. The rooms are not that big but just enough. Well located right on the center with free parking.

The street that is located on is pretty busy and you may find it a little noisy. The shower faucet (in our room at least) needs repairing or replacement as it does not work smoothly and the water temperature is alternating. There is no mess hall so you will have breakfast on the balcony. Some vegetables for the breakfast would be nice.

Very neat and clean rooms, with a separate room for our dog. Breakfast was excellent and the service was exceptional. The owners were really friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

Sometimes the shower water turned from hot to cold to hot again on its own, which was really annoying. The beaches near Nydri are not really nice.

We loved Athina Studios. New, clean accommodation with excellent service ! Clean towels every day. Immaculate hygiene! I'm a dog person and would give bonus points for a dog friendly property. The family pet Pari was my favorite companion next to our balcony at breakfast.
