The location is great. It takes us less than five minutes to walk to the nearest metro station. Our room has a view of Da'an Park, which is right in front of the hotel. It is spacious and clean, with working equipment. The staff were helpful with enquiries about day tours out of Taipei.
The white toilet floor tiles make it look dirty. The corridor had a slight odour.

Great location, it was super convenient being so close to the train station and having the park right there as well. The room was tidy and clean and had everything I needed.
The hot water was a bit hit and miss in the bathroom and you could hear when people in other rooms were having a shower.

Location and cleanliness.
Age and size. The AC unit was very loud and the building generally old.
