Beautiful location, very nice staff, very clean room, linens and towels, possibility to leave luggage at the property, relatively close to walking distance from the rice fields in Lao Chai valley, the food at the restaurant was ok (large portions)
The hot water only works for a short time, there was only one outlet in the room, the room was cold, the mattress did not have the plastic protective film removed and it rustled with every movement, the pool should be better maintained.

This property is beautiful! It is tucked away from the busy area of Sapa. The nights here are peaceful, quiet, and waking up to the sun shining on the rice fields is absolutely breathtaking.
There are some great hiking trails nearby for those looking to adventure but also a great spot to relax poolside for those wanting some rest. Food is available on site and the family was very welcoming. We will definitely be coming back and spending more time.
There is nothing we disliked about the property.

The place is crazy beautiful, we loved the place and surely the views. The staff was very nice and warm.

The general atmosphere was good, we had trouble finding the place, there are no signs, we just walked around again and again until we realized that there was no road leading to the place and we had to walk. The owner of the property came with a motorbike and took our luggage for us. It was comforting. The food there is delicious. The selection is relatively limited.
The room itself looks nice but not comfortable. The floor is very cold, the outside light makes it difficult to sleep because there are no blackout curtains, little things like a place to put your luggage or a towel rack. After a shower there is nowhere to put your towel. This is a comment I have seen repeated several times, it may seem small, but in reality it is very annoying there is no clean place to put it. We felt that this was a lovely couple who had set up a place but the maintenance had worn them down.
