The room is pretty decent. It's clean and the towels smelled good.

The bathroom exhaust fan is not working in my room and the placement of the mirror fronting the toilet door is a bit creepy for me.

it's pretty comfortable and is in a great location - at the back of Robinsons Place Bacolod - it's very convenient. the staff are fantastic. everything is great although it is not perfect, but it's really a great place!

the door. there's this alarm which continued making sounds when it's not properly closed, but we've properly closed the door but it still kept making noise. the tv. we weren't able to use it since there is no guide. no room slippers. no room telephone.

The accommodation and understanding of the staffs

There is a little bit privacy since we could hear the other people on the other rooms thus it makes ug conscious in our conversations especially sensitive ones

The location is very accesible. Easy to find and very safe.

Its location is very convenient, near Robinson’s Mall and few steps to the maind road where public utility vehicles abound.

My husband left his brand new very good quality and pricey tshirt and a short. I called reception to inform them abt it. The lady who answered my call told me to wait for her call as she will inquire from housekeeping if they saw the left items. In no time she called back to tell me that accdg to housekeeping no such items were recovered. I thought of 2 scenarios: 1. An unauthorized person was able to gain access to the room-which is highly unlikely since the doors to the rooms are electronically locked(which shows that GoHotels give premium on guests’ security) ; 2. Somebody from housekeeping who cleaned the room after we left saw the left item, took a liking to it and did not report it to appropriate dept/reception so that it may inform concerned guest abt the same as what reception has told me earlier. I am disappointed.
