Pillow too soft.

The location was convenient to the places I wanted to visit. The check-in and check-out process was done efficiently. The wait staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The room was as shown. it was comfortable, clean and most things were easy to find. I didn’t have breakfast, but I had dinner sent to my room on the last night. The meal was good and worth the price. It’s a beautiful hotel and I especially liked the hallways.

Contacting the front desk was a task. Communicating with room service and house keeping were challenging because most of the staff didn’t speak or understand much English. Therefore, this is something to consider if you plan to stay here.

Breakfast was great. Personally, I think I can make a dish similar to the chef's recommendation Otherwise, it's a pity the evaluation of the five-star hotel

WIFI and internet are terrible. Even though I live in the executive suite, Is the internet quality far worse than my cell phone signal? If this is a business trip, it may affect the quality of my work.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Fantastic room, everything was perfect. Lots of small details, very clean and well equipped. Fully automatic Japanese toilet was great, didn't have to lift a finger to open the lid! Was happy with the roof pool, gym and sauna.

WiFi was a little slow in our room

The closing and opening of the balcony door from neighboring rooms can be quite loud to someone sensitive to noise.
