Excellent location in the heart of the old town with an enviable balcony overlooking the harbour. An excellent place to take in the evening sun with a glass of wine! The apartment was clean and well equipped with clothes washing facilities being most welcome after busy days at the beach!

Paying in cash proved difficult due to not being able to withdraw the Croatian currency until once in the country (this visit was part of a longer holiday and we didn’t want to carry this amount of money around Europe). It would be more convenient to pay online before arrival. We also had to wait quite a while for the keys to be delivered when we arrived.

Location, decor, staff, on the sea. It’s just perfect in every way! you have the sea one side and the gorgeous old town the other!

Location is the very best, you are minutes away from the main (and expensive) parking, which is good to use for unpacking and packing only. Thereafter we reparked in a cheaper parking. View is marvellous and could not be better. You have balconies on both floors and can enjoy boats and cruising ships ancoring and leaving. You cannot swim from the terrace, even though it is next to the water, but it is only a couple of minutes walk to the closest swimming spot. The entrance is from one of the main streets in the old town, which means you have restaurants and shops just outside the entrance. We loved the loaction and the view.

We stayed for 4 nights in July 2022 and do not think the appartement was value for money. It started with that we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come with the key. We raised our concerns about ants in the kitchen (a whole army, walking from one whole in the wall to another) and drilling noice from renovation on next floor. The ants problem was fixed temporarily and we did get a discount. But we still would not recommend the place. It would need some love and care and a deep cleaning in every corner and on every shelf to get up to standard. As an example there was water standing on the floor under the sink, which gave the place a not so nice smell. We only made breakfast in the kitchen and did not feel it was a kitchen we wanted to cook in. We had expected the place to be spotless, due to the price we payed, but it was not.

Everything!! Will definitely try to stay here again.

The parking that is given in the description of the apartment as instructions where to park is an hourly parking lot and very expensive. Very disappointing that this was not pointed out and more detailed explanation given to help visitors navigate what to do with their vehicles.

Top location, apartment with terrace literarly on the sea, super confort & clean. Highly suggested

The location was magic. You could not ask for a better spot for a stay in Rovinj. The apartment beautifully furnished, right on the water and over two levels with balconies to both upper and lower levels and sea views from every room. It was an easy walking distance from the car park with our bags. All the charm of the old town - The sights, restaurants and bars were all around us! It was more expensive; but well worth it.
