The fact that everything was a couple steps away (beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop. The manager was very kind.

First time in Naxos and I chose the best place for my stay. Super clean room,cozy place Friendly hostess. Absolutely met my expectations. I would totally recommend it to everybody as a place to stay in Naxos.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay! The room was nice (ocean view with a balcony for a very fair price), the location is amazing! (right at the beach and bus stop which is hugely convenient when carrying luggage), the host IAKOVINA is AMAZING! she is a beautiful person inside and out. she makes you feel welcome, at home and is always available to help. The property has lawn chairs on the beach to use, there is a great mini mart and gift shop right on either side of the stairs to the rooms. Everyone was so nice and the area is just beautiful and relaxed. :)

the only thing I didn’t like was that before booking the room I could not google the property, only the restaurant (which is also amazing), but I’m glad this didn’t stop me from going ahead with the booking.

The location was a 30 second walk from Agios Prokopios beach, which in my opinion is the best beach on the island. Other amenities within a 30 second walk: Several restaurants Bank machine Convenience store Bus stop Laundry services Gym Car rentals The room was the usual simple budget studio you find on most islands. Big fan of the CLOSED door shower.

The bed had a hard mattress but that's par for the course in most of Greece. The closet cabinet could use some shelving.
